There is a trend in the beauty industry you have to adopt, it is called multi-masking and it encourages you to target multiple skin issues versus just utilizing one mask and one treatment, because let's be honest our skin can be both oily, dry, perfect and braking out all at once!  To tackle combination skin we love multi-masking, and try to do it every week. Here’s a little 411 on what this trendy technique is.

What is multi-masking?
Multi-masking entails using more than one face mask at the same time, targeting specific concerns. The idea behind multi-masking is that instead of applying one face mask over the entirety of your face that only targets and treats one concern (ie hydration), you apply multiple face masks depending on what skin care concerns you may be dealing with in different areas, because let’s be honest our skin has multiple personalities!

Should you be doing it?
In general, professionals advise multi-masking once a week with up to four masks at a time, but frequency depends on how aggressive the formulas are and the overall sensitivity of your skin.  If you feel like your skin is a little 'this' and a little 'that' you might benefit by using multiple masks at a time instead of just one.

How do you do it?
1. Wash Your Face. ...
(Optional enhancements - Exfoliate and/or Steam Your Face)
2. Apply your favorite masks targeting specific concerns on your face: Purifying, Balancing, Hydrating, Brightening, Breakouts, Firming, etc (Optional enhancements - Apply Eye and Lip Patches)
3. Leave masks on for 15-20 min depending on directions
4. Rinse off and revel in how glowing and gorgeous you look
