While in shower place polish into hands and gently massage into thoroughly damp skin in circular motions, always towards the heart. Rinse and pat dry. Follow with body butter or nectar.  For a deeply moisturizing and enticingly aromatic bath experience, drop a handful into hot bath water. Massage polish into skin and leave on while soaking. Rinse and pat dry. No need for a moisturizer after.
