What’s in the L&R subscription box?
Every L&R box will feature 3+ full size products including non-toxic, all-natural and cruelty free hair care, body and skincare and other top-shelf surprises with a minimum retail value of $125+. Items range from face oils, moisturizers, masks and eye creams to body oils, hand creams and even eye masks and mixing bowls and brushes to enhance your self-care experience.
Can I purchase a subscription as a gift?
Yes, you can! You can choose 1, 3, or 6 month subscriptions for gifts or simply purchase a 1x box that does not renew. If you purchase a subscription (Month-to-Month or 3x or 6x prepaid subscription) you will need to cancel the subscription prior to it renewing or just email us after ordering and we can cancel for you. If you do not want the subscription to renew, choose a non-renewing Gift Subscription.
Can I include a gift message?
Yes, you can include a gift message with any order. At checkout simply enter your gift message within the Message section and we will make sure to include it. You can also choose to gift wrap your purchase for an additional $3.95.
Can I skip a month?
You can definitely skip or pause your subscription any time. Simply email us by the 10th of the month at info@laurelandreed and let us know the desired time you want to skip and we can adjust your renewal accordingly.
When will my box be shipped?
We ship between the 15th and 20th of each month, unless our current boxes are still available and then your box will ship immediately. Upon ordering any subscription, if multiple boxes are available, our Customer Service will always email you to confirm which box you would like to receive to confirm the order. You will also receive a tracking confirmation once your box has shipped.
How will my boxes be shipped?
We ship all L&R boxes in our luxe white gift box, wrapped with a ribbon. If you order more than one box, they will come packaged and shipped together. If you want boxes packaged separately, please checkout with separate orders.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a $6.95 Flat Rate within the U.S, $16.95 to Canada and $23.95 Worldwide.
How does billing work?
You are only billed 1x if you purchase a 1x box. If you buy a Month-to-Month subscription option you are billed every 25 days. For 3x/6x/12x subscription options you are billed at the end of the prepayment cycle (ie for a 3x prepaid subscription you are billed 3 months after the original payment. All subscriptions (month-to-month, 3x, 6x and 12x) need to be cancelled or they will renew.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription within your account at any time. Make sure you Log In to your correct account. If you purchased your subscription through CrateJoy, you need to Log In to your account via CrateJoy.
You must cancel prior to renewal - renewals happen every 25 days from your initial purchase, unless you purchased a 3x, 6x or 12x subscription which renews every 3, 6 or 12 months. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for shipped boxes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards plus PayPal and Apple Pay. We also accept a variety of Buy Now, Pay Later solutions.
Are payments secure?
Like most trustworthy websites, we use SSL technology (Secure Socket Layer) to protect your personal information when it's being sent over the Internet. SSL is the standard for payments over the Internet and is supported by Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Safari and other popular browsers. We use this technology to encrypt sensitive information before it is sent over the Internet. SSL technology prevents your information from being accessed when you are submitting it.
How do I apply a discount?
The code is located on the Checkout page on the right hand side directly under the image of the items you are purchasing - it is a box titled DISCOUNT with a button that says APPLY. Simply enter your coupon code and checkout to apply.
Do you collect VAT?
The only tax collected via our site is for US (state/city) taxes. We do not collect any VAT fees. For international shipments, shipping and actual product is all you are paying for via our site. Any additional fees you need to pay for your specific country need to be handled on your own.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
All shipping will be standard, 3-5 business days via USPS Priority mail or UPS in the US. For Canada and Internationally, USPS lists a minimum ship time of 4 weeks, with delays due to customs. We do offer additional services (Expedited shipping, Signature Required and additional Insurance), simply reach out to Customer Service to get those added to your order.
Shipping for all Clean Beauty Store purchases (all products outside of subscriptions and individual boxes).
Free shipping is offered for thresholds spent in the Clean Beauty Store (ie anything besides subscriptions and individual 1x boxes). Shipping is free for all orders over $100 to US, $150 to Canada and $200 Worldwide. We ship with via USPS and UPS.
Do you offer international delivery?
We do offer shipping to Canada for $16.95 and Worldwide for $23.95. Please note delays due to COVID, customs and additional issues could result in 30+ days shipping time. We are not liable for customs delays. You should expect delays with International orders.
We do not issue refunds for subscriptions. If cancelling prior to the end of a 3, 6 or 12x box subscription the remaining boxes will ship as scheduled. We do not issue refunds for remaining months.
Clean Beauty Store:
At Laurel & Reed we make a true effort to reduce the amount of waste and our carbon footprint. The beauty industry as a whole contributes to generating a ton of pollution and we are trying to do our part to reduce what we can control.
Please note in the past, all returned products end up in the trash, because we can't really be entirely certain if the product has been used or not and can not safely resell that product.
Therefore, we have decided to not accept returns anymore.
So what if you choose the wrong lipstick or foundation color? Regift it to a friend or family member so that the product is used by someone and is given a second life!
A product I received was damaged/broken.
Please email Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of the issue. Include your order number. If the item arrived broken or damaged, please take a photo of the damaged item as well as the box and any additional packaging. We must have photos to send replacement items. We will do everything we can to rectify the situation. Please make sure to reach out to us within 30-days of receiving your item.
Note that we are unable to replace products without receiving a photo of the damage within the 30-day window.

How do I change my address?
If you need to update your address, please contact us here and we can update it for you. Changing your address within your account will only update NEW orders and upcoming renewals for subscriptions. If you need to update your shipping address on an existing order/renewal email CS and we will manually change the address for you.
I'm not able to login.
If you're experiencing problems trying to log in to the website, please check which error message you are receiving. The most common error is typing in a wrong email address or password. You can always choose to create a new password if you wish.
Make sure you are logging in to the correct account. Did you purchase your subscription through CrateJoy? If so, then you need to head to CrateJoy and Log In to your account through there.

Vegan, Allergies, Pregnant or Nursing?
If you ever want to purchase a subscription but are worried that not all products might be right for you, simply email our Customer Service department at email@example.com and we can provide you with additional info on the items being featured in that month's box (ie if they are Vegan, nursing safe, etc).
We are not liable for allergies or ingredient concerns. We always recommend patch testing out each product first on a small part of skin prior to fully applying, to make sure it does not react badly to your skin.
