This underarm hygiene step begins in the shower and has been found to significantly improve the wear-time of your deodorant
With sea salt and apple cider vinegar to disinfect yesterday’s bacteria and to keep new bacteria at bay, it forms a protective barrier on the underarm. The charcoal in the bar helps remove deodorant build-up. Using this step in the shower significantly improves results with natural deodorant.
The bar can also be used on feet and under breasts if odor from sweat is an issue. It can be used in the groin if you are not sensitive to fragrance, as the natural antibacterial properties works well to keep odor from forming in those areas prone to odor from sweat.

use in the shower every morning before deodorant application. To maximize the bacteria-eliminating power of the charcoal bar soap, lather the bar and then massage in the underarm area for 20 to 30 seconds on each side. If you have underarm hair, massage for 30 seconds. For best results, let the rich lather sit on the underarms before rinsing off.
