ORDERING AND SHIPPING

What’s in the box?

Every L&R box will feature 4-6 full size products including non-toxic, all-natural and cruelty free hair care, body and skincare and other top-shelf surprises with a minimum retail value of $90+.

Can I purchase a subscription as a gift?

Yes, you can! Gift subscriptions do not auto-renew (unless specified).  You can choose 1, 3, or 6 month subscriptions for gifts.

When will my box be shipped?

We ship between the 15th and 20th of each month, unless curent boxes are still available and then your box will ship immediately.  You will receive a tracking confirmation once your box has shipped.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is a $6.95 Flat Rate within the U.S. Currently we do not ship Internationally.

How does billing work?

You are billed every month on the 25th. You can cancel anytime.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription within your account at any time. You must cancel prior to renewal - renewals happen every 30 days from your initial purchase. You must cancel your subscription by the 1st of every month, as boxes ship between the 15-20th.  Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for shipped boxes.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Currently we do not offer expedited shipping. All shipping will be standard, 3-5 business days in USA.

Do you offer international delivery?

Not at this time.!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards.

Are payments secured?

Like most trustworthy websites, we use SSL technology (Secure Socket Layer) to protect your personal information when it's being sent over the Internet. SSL is the standard for payments over the Internet and is supported by Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Safari and other popular browsers. We use this technology to encrypt sensitive information before it is sent over the Internet. SSL technology prevents your information from being accessed when you are submitting it.

If you're experiencing problems trying to log in to the website, please check which error message you are receiving. The most common error is typing in a wrong email address or password. You can always choose to create a new password if you wish.
