RETURNS
As a small, independent business we truly value you as a customer and hope you love every product you purchase from us. Because many of the products we sell come from small batch brands and do not include safety seals, we are unable to ensure that products remain unopened and untouched once they leave our store. For health and safety reasons, we would not be able to re-sell returned items and would have to simply throw them away. At this time, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for any items purchased. All sales from Laurel & Reed are final.

SHIPPING
Orders are generally processed within 24-48 hours. This does not include the shipping time.
All shipping will be standard, 3-5 business days via USPS Priority mail or UPS in the US. For Canada and Internationally, we ship via Standard shipping, minimum ship time of 4 weeks+, with delays due to customs. Shipping is a $6.95 Flat Rate within the U.S, $16.95 to Canada and $23.95 Worldwide. Free shipping is offered for thresholds spent in the Clean Beauty Store (ie anything besides subscriptions and individual boxes). Shipping is free for all orders over $100 to US, $150 to Canada and $250 Worldwide.
We also offer UPS Expedited shipping for Canada and WW for additional fees. Additional services are available (Signature Required and additional Insurance), simply reach out to info@laurelandreed.com to get those added to your order.
Please allow 3-7 days for orders that are shipped via standard delivery. Some orders need additional time for delivery due to the location that they are being shipped from; please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery on orders that are shipped from certain areas outside of the USA, as customs delays apply.
