Yes! After purchase, a member of our team will reach out to the email on your order to let you know which Brand Edits are currently available, so you can choose the perfect first box for your recipient.
Absolutely! Simply add your message in the Gift Message section at checkout and we'll handwrite it on a custom Laurel & Reed notecard, included in the first shipment.
Every L&R box arrives beautifully presented — gift wrap is included with all gift subscriptions at no extra charge.
Yes — at checkout, simply enter your recipient's address as the shipping address and your own as the billing address. Easy as that.
Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping is charged per box — $16.95 per shipment to Canada and $23.95 per shipment worldwide. Please allow up to 2 weeks for Canadian delivery and 4+ weeks for international shipments due to customs processing.
The first box ships immediately upon purchase via USPS Ground (3–5 business days for US addresses; up to 2 weeks for Canada, 4+ weeks internationally). We'll reach out to the email on your order to confirm which Brand Edit you'd like for the first shipment. All remaining boxes then ship on the 15th of each month, and tracking info will be sent to the email address on the order.
Tracking information is sent directly to the email address on the original order, so you'll be able to follow every shipment from our door to theirs.
Since gift subscriptions are non-renewing, there's nothing to cancel. If your recipient needs to pause or skip a box, they can email us at info@laurelandreed.com by the 10th of the month and we'll adjust accordingly.
All gift subscriptions are non-renewing — once the final box ships, the subscription ends automatically. No cancellation needed. If you'd like to continue the subscription for your recipient after it ends, just reach out and we're happy to help coordinate.
