Choose from a month-to-month plan or prepaid 3-, 6-, or 12-month subscriptions. All plans automatically renew unless cancelled, and you can skip a box or cancel anytime — we keep it simple so you can focus on the good stuff.

Laurel & Reed boxes ship between the 15th–20th of each month via USPS Ground (3–5 business days), or as soon as your order is placed while supplies last.

Because boxes ship on a monthly cycle, delivery timing may vary. Depending on when you order, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to Canada, and 4+ weeks for international shipments due to customs processing times.

You'll always receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Your card is charged immediately at sign-up. Month-to-month subscribers are billed every 30 days, while 3-, 6-, and 12-month prepaid subscriptions are billed at the end of each subscription cycle.

If you skip a box, we'll adjust your renewal date accordingly.

You can manage your subscription at any time from your account — update your payment information or cancel auto-renewal whenever you need to.

Please note

  • Prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable and will continue to ship through the remainder of the purchased term.
  • We do not accept returns or refunds on subscriptions or products.

Every L&R box will feature 2+ full size products including non-toxic, all-natural and cruelty free skincare, hair care, body and other top-shelf surprises with a minimum retail value of $150+. Items range from face oils, moisturizers, masks and eye creams to body oils, hand creams and even eye masks and mixing bowls and brushes to enhance your self-care experience.
Yes, you can! You can choose 1, 3, or 6 month subscriptions for gifts or simply purchase a 1x box that does not renew. If you purchase a subscription (Month-to-Month or 3x or 6x prepaid subscription) you will need to cancel the subscription prior to it renewing or just email us after ordering and we can cancel for you. If you do not want the subscription to renew, choose a non-renewing Gift Subscription or purchase a Brand Edit.
Yes, you can include a gift message with any order. At checkout simply enter your gift message within the Notes section and we will make sure to include it. You can also choose to gift wrap your purchase for an additional $3.95.
You can definitely skip or pause your subscription any time. Simply email Customer Service at info@laurelandreed.com by the 10th of the month and let us know the desired time you want to skip and we can adjust your renewal accordingly.
If you ever want to purchase a subscription but are worried that not all products might be right for you, simply contact us at info@laurelandreed.com and we can provide you with additional info on the items being featured in that month's box (ie if they are Vegan, nursing safe, etc) or provide you with possible swap options if that item does not work for you.

We are not liable for allergies or ingredient concerns. We always recommend patch testing each product first on a small part of skin prior to fully applying. We cannot provide a swap if the box has already shipped.
We ship between the 15th and 20th of each month for all new Brand Edit shipments. Upon ordering a new subscription, if multiple boxes are available, our Customer Service will always email you to confirm which box you would like to begin your subscription with. You will also receive a tracking confirmation once your box has shipped.
We ship all L&R monthly subscriptions in our luxe white gift box, wrapped with a ribbon. If you order more than one box, they will come packaged and shipped together. If you want boxes packaged separately, please checkout with separate orders.
Shipping is a $6.95 flat rate within the U.S., $16.95 to Canada, and $23.95 Worldwide.
You are only billed once if you purchase a One Time Box or a Brand Edit. If you buy a Month-to-Month subscription you are billed every 30 days. For 3x/6x/12x subscription options you are billed at the end of the prepayment cycle (e.g. for a 3x prepaid subscription you are billed 3 months after the original payment). All subscriptions (month-to-month, 3x, 6x and 12x) need to be cancelled or they will renew.
You can cancel your subscription within your account at any time. Make sure you log in to your correct account (the email you originally signed up with). You must cancel prior to renewal. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for shipped boxes.
If you're experiencing problems trying to log in, please check which error message you are receiving. The most common error is typing in the wrong email address or password. If you have any issues logging in or need to contact us, please email info@laurelandreed.com.
If you need to update your address, please contact us at info@laurelandreed.com and we can update it for you.
We do not issue refunds for subscriptions. If cancelling prior to the end of a 3, 6 or 12x box subscription, the remaining boxes will ship as scheduled.
Please contact us immediately at info@laurelandreed.com with a description of the issue and your order number. If the item arrived broken or damaged, please include a photo of the damaged item as well as the box and packaging — we must have photos to send replacement items. Please reach out within 5 days of receiving your item, as we are unable to replace products without a photo within that window.
