A single herb infusion of our fresh calendula flowers in nutrient-rich oils to help soothe and clear skin irritations caused by minor breakouts.  This gentle oil contains no added essential oils and the scent is natural, earthy, and slightly medicinal. Suitable for sensitive, oily skin types.

• Starting with fresh organic Calendula flowers that we process in-house.  Growing our own and working with local farms that cultivate medicinal varieties with high resin content for the most potent infusions.  This incredible flower has been used in traditional cultures for centuries to support the skin.  Its powerful astringent, anti-microbial, and inflammation modulation properties help reduce breakouts over time. Repairing from the inside out to better soften scarring and smooth out the skin.
• Grown and cold-pressed in Oregon, the organic Pumpkin Seed oil is one of the key oils to help clear the skin.  By using an unrefined oil, the balance of omega 3 and 6 fatty acids stay intact ensuring the most potent moisturizer without the buildup. The acids also support the skin's ability to limit breakouts. Zinc and Selenium support collagen levels, fight acne and provide environmental protection.  Vitamin A and E helps rejuvenate skin by repairing and toning while reducing scarring and improving texture.
• Black Caraway Seed oil has been used in cultures throughout Africa, Middle East, West Asia, and Southern Europe and grows abundantly.  With its long and important history in traditional medicine, numerous studies have shown its effect on both wound healing and acne. This powerful oil creates a synergistic blend when combined with calendula and pumpkin seed oil to help modulate inflammation and deeply nourish to strengthen which helps lessen breakouts and improves overall texture.  We source a potent Co2 extracted version using virgin, organic, and fair trade seeds.  This care and process ensures a high percentage of thymoquinone of at least 3%.
• Sunflower Seed Oil protects the skin.  One of the most effective oils at preventing transdermal water loss (TWL) without clogging pores is due to the high linoleic acid profile of this particular varietal.  We source an organic version that is grown and cold-pressed here in the USA.

After cleansing and applying a hydrating serum, elixir, or hydrosol; warm a few drops of oil in the palm of your hand then press onto your face.

When blended with the Hyaluronic Acid Serum, Fresh Complexion Clarifying  Elixir or Illuminating Exfoliating Serum as part of a microemulsion or underneath the facial oil, it acts as a light moisturizer for oily to normal skin.
